Carolyn Snyder Lemmon

Carolyn Snyder Lemmon is of counsel to Cooper Erving & Savage LLP.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law, real estate, and religious corporations.  Prior to joining Cooper Erving & Savage LLP, Carolyn was an attorney for the New York State Workers' Compensation Board and the Albany County Attorney's Office.  She also worked as a contracts negotiator for the New York State Division of Budget and the New York State Governor's Office of Employee Relations.  She is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Women's Bar Association, Capital District Women's Bar Association, and Albany County Bar Association.     
 

Carolyn graduated from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.  She received her bachelor's degree and master's in public administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.  

She is active in her community as a moderator for the Presbytery of Albany and serves as a Trustee for the Albany Rural Cemetery.  She previously served on the Boards of Directors of New Visions Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and St. Catherine's Center for Children.
