Craig H. Norman

Craig H. Norman concentrates his practice in business and commercial litigation. With thirty years' experience in the practice of law, he has represented major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and local business before the courts in virtually every county in New York State, as well as the federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, the New York Stock Exchange and the N.A.S.D.

Mr. Norman handles virtually all types of business litigation, including matters involving contracts, construction projects, mechanic's liens, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, securities fraud, insolvency, insurance, bankruptcy, commercial leasing, real estate disputes and other complex matters. While comfortable in bringing matters to trial, he at all times keeps in mind the client's litigation budget as well as the need for an emotion-free analysis of the prospects of the case. He believes that business litigation, like business itself, should have as its primary goal the protection and enhancement of the business' financial and competitive well-being.

Mr. Norman has extensive experience with injunctions and asset recovery, as well as mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution. He does not perform transactional work except insofar as it relates to the resolution of litigation.
