Ms. Burger has joined the firm in December 2013. She concentrates her practices in employment and labor law litigation and counseling, as well as general business counseling and litigation.
She represents and counsels the firm's individual and union clients in various types of employment and labor law matters, including: contract grievances, improper practice charges, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wage and overtime disputes, negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, separation and severance agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
Ms. Burger also counsels businesses regarding contract drafting and policy development.
