Creditors' Rights
The Firm's commercial and consumer debt collection practice is large enough to be fully automated yet small enough to give hands-on service to its clients. We presently represent three large and several small local banks, several money-center banks, and numerous other in- and out-of-state financial institutions and commercial collection clients. The firm also assists several major hospitals with their recovery needs.

The firm has an active bankruptcy practice ranging from automated, expedited handling of routine motions to creditor representation in the largest Chapter 11 cases.

The firm's geographic reach is statewide. This gives the client the advantage of one-stop shopping, ease in referrals, and reporting. The firm scrupulously adheres to the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
