The firm
assists individuals, families and businesses in identifying
and implementing lifetime and estate objectives of wealth preservation
and succession planning. Such implementation draws upon our
significant experience in drafting and administering wills,
trusts and estates, in counseling closely-held and family enterprises,
in advising not-for-profit corporations and in representing
corporate and individual fiduciaries. Development of a cohesive
strategy involves our coordination with the clients' other professional

employees' rights to overtime pay, equal pay for equal work,
family and medical leave, and whistleblower protection. We have
represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and have advised

Personal
Injury
The firm
represents persons who have been seriously injured or who have
died as a result of auto accidents, construction accidents,
defective products, workplace accidents, medical malpractice,
and other catastrophic incidents. We also have defended persons
and companies accused of causing such injuries. We find that
our experience working on either side of a personal injury case
better enables us to identify the unique facts and legal issues
involved in a particular case.
