Overview
Jim Linnan has devoted his legal career to the representation of people who have been seriously injured as a result of accidents or medical errors. Jim has prosecuted numerous Medical Malpractice and personal injury cases and when settlement was not an option, he has tried those cases to a verdict. He has been named to the NY Jury Verdict Reporters Medical Malpractice Lawyer Hall of Fame for his verdict in Sohl v. Fox Hospital.
